Step 2 - Attracting the right clients

The team uses industry knowledge to ensure we attract the right type of candidates for a particular role. Techniques range from headhunting through to advertising via our website and across a range of job boards.

Step 3 - Shortlisting

We meet each of our prospective candidates in person – the best way to understand their ambitions and professional backgrounds. They’re also asked to carry out bespoke tests in line with the specific job role, which allows us to shortlist the best matches.

Step 4 - Arranging interviews

Handling all aspects of communication, our recruitment consultants arrange job interviews, provide feedback, and take control of the negotiation rounds right through to the placements of candidates.
