Step 1 – Application 

The process begins with your with your CV and application form; whether you choose to do so via email, our website, or job board postings.


Step 2 – Telephone interview

If your application is successful, our Talent Acquisition & Training Manager will follow up with a telephone interview to confirm your suitability for the Trainee Consultant role.


Step 3 – Group assessment day

Once shortlisted, we’ll invite you to take part in a series of group and individual tasks – all designed to test your soft skills and basic knowledge of recruitment.


Step 4 – Interview and presentation

This is your chance to build on our impressions of you, and demonstrate your passion for a career in recruitment.


Step 5 – Join Talent Academy

We’ll offer you a place on our Talent Academy – an ideal platform for shaping your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Kingsley Hamilton People.
