Is Talent Academy right for me?

We prefer sales experience. But it’s not a big deal if you don’t have any. If you can demonstrate a real passion for a career in recruitment, then there’s a place for you at our academy.

When does it start?

Our third intake is set to kick off with assessment days one and two, taking place on Wednesday 24 May and Thursday 25 May/Friday 26 May 2017 respectively. Plus, we have further intakes planned for the year and 2018. So don’t miss out – apply now!

How will I be employed?

You’ll be employed on a full-time basis, and paid monthly.

What hours will I work?

Your contract will require you to work 37.5 hours a week.

Where will I be working?

All of our roles are based in our office in Canary Wharf, London. Sometimes, client visits and candidate meetings may require flexibility with travel between sites in and out of London.

What’s your dress code policy?

From Monday to Thursday, we’re smart in standard business dress. And on Fridays, it’s dress down which we use as an opportunity to raise money for a different charity each month.
